Well care visits are scheduled Monday - Friday 9:00am - 3:00pm. We see patients in our offices by appointment only. If you would like to schedule an appointment please call the office during regular office hours. Keep in mind that our nurses are available during regular business hours to answer your routine questions or to deliver a message to one of our pediatricians or nurse practitioners. All phone calls are logged, and your call will be returned by the appropriate individual during the day when there is enough time to discuss the issue at length if necessary.
By appointment only, siblings can be booked together when appointments are made in advance. Check your insurance carriers policy on scheduling well child checkups.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, you may be asked to reschedule. However, we will do our best to accommodate your child's needs.
If you are not able to accompany your child to a visit, please send a signed permission note with the person bringing in your child. You can print and complete a Parental Designation Form prior to your visit. Just click the Forms link. These forms are acceptable for one year from the submission date.
Sick visits are available throughout the day and after 3:30pm. Evening appointments are offered at our Liverpool location. Weekend sick visits are available Saturday mornings at the Liverpool location. West patients can be seen at our Liverpool office after hours and on weekend.
If you would like us to see more than one child, please schedule both of them when you make your appointment. Without an appointment, we may not be able to see a sick sibling right away, and you may be asked to wait while the provider sees a scheduled patient who may be waiting.
Walk-in visits are not recommended. We prefer to have all appointments scheduled. If you walk-in and it is not an emergency, you may be asked to return for the next available appointment.
